Can I modify or return my order?Updated a month ago

This article covers order modifications, incorrect/damaged items, returns, refunds, and subscription renewals.


✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

We’ll try our best! Our fulfillment center moves quickly, so once your order is placed, changes aren’t guaranteed — but reach out right away with the following:

For product changes:

  • Order number

  • Item you wish to remove

For address changes:

  • Order number
    Ship-to name

  • New shipping address

  • Should this become your default address?

🧴 My order arrived damaged or incorrect

At its sole discretion, Equilibria may replace product(s) proven to be lost by its shipping providers.

 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with detailed information and photographs of the damaged products within 7 business days of delivery. Our Support teams are unable to process refunds for orders returned to us without prior communication and approval.

Please note: In the rare occurrence of a negative reaction, please stop use and contact your healthcare provider. And, for any concerns related to policies, products, packaging, or shipments, always feel free to reach out to our Member Support Team at [email protected].


🔄 What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

  • When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries every 4 weeks. 
  • Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries. 
  • If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel at any time before the new order is processed. 

Please Note: Once an order is processed, we have limited ability to cancel or change it. 


🔁 What’s your return and refund policy?

Currently, we do not offer refunds or returns on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse.
