🌱 Where is Equilibria’s hemp grown?
Our hemp is grown on a 400-acre certified organic farm about three hours from Denver. From cultivation to extraction, everything happens on-site at our hemp source, which means we’re able to ensure transparency and consistency at every step.
🧪How is your hemp extracted?
Our hemp is processed using a proprietary, solventless method - Terpex (TM) - that uses low temperature and low pressure to gently extract cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids—no harsh chemicals or heat required.
This method is designed to:
Preserve more of the plant’s natural compounds
Eliminate the risk of residual solvents
Deliver consistent, high-quality results
💧 What does “solventless extraction” really mean?
Instead of using ethanol or CO₂, our hemp source uses a plant-derived extract created from the hemp itself—essentially letting the plant process the plant. The result: a clean, gentle process that retains the plant’s full character.
🌿 Why do you use “wet processing”?
Unlike many processors, our hemp source skips the drying step and processes the hemp fresh from the field. This helps preserve up to 300% more terpenes and flavonoids—compounds that contribute to the entourage effect, which may help enhance how cannabinoids interact in the body.
