How do I update or add a new payment method?Updated 16 days ago

To update your payment method please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your EQ Account https://shop.myeq.com/account/ 

2. Click on “Subscriptions"

3. Click on “Manage Subscriptions”

4. Click on “Edit payment” from the toolbar

5.  An email will be sent to your email address associated with your EQ account. The subject of this email will be “Update your payment method for Equilibria”. 

*Please check your spam and junk folders and save the following email address to your email address book to make sure the email is delivered.

6.  Click the “Update Payment Method” link in the email 

7.  Follow the instructions on the screen to update your payment method

Equilibria accepts all major credit and debit cards. Once your order has successfully been placed, your card will be charged.
