How do subscriptions work, and how can I manage mine?Updated 6 days ago

Our membership goes beyond premium products — we offer tailored support and exclusive perks to help you feel your best, day in and day out. With your membership, you'll save 25% off your first 3 months and 20% off your monthly renewal from there on out!

We believe in lasting changes, not quick fixes, and make adjusting your subscription easy! Your order will arrive every 4 weeks, we will send a reminder to you prior to your auto-renewal. 

Please note - that these instructions are to change the contents of a future subscription renewal order not yet been placed. If your subscription renewal order has already been placed, you'll be unable to make any revisions in your account. Please reach out to our Member Support team for immediate support.

To modify the contents of your monthly renewal:

  1. Log into your EQ Account https://shop.myeq.com/account/ 
  2. Click on “subscriptions”
  3. Click on “manage subscriptions”
  4. Use the toolbar to click "swap item" to make a swap
  5. To remove an item completely, click the "remove" button at the bottom of the product

To Add Items To the Next Shipment Only:

  • Click on “next order”
  • Scroll through products on the right side of screen to add to your next order

To adjust the shipment date of your next subscription renewal, select the 'set next date' as shown below: 



To Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab
  2. Click on "Manage Subscription" on the subscription you would like to cancel if more than 1
  3. Click "Cancel" on the toolbar









If you choose to cancel your subscription, you can start up a new one at any time. We’re always glad to have you as part of the EQ family!
