💫 EQ Rewards Program and Loyalty Points
Our EQ Rewards Program lets you earn points on your purchases. You’ll automatically earn 1 point for every $1 spent on any Equilibria purchase, plus bonuses for maintaining your monthly subscription.
🔐 Tiers & Benefits
Your loyalty tier is based on how much you’ve spent in the past 12 months. Once you move up a tier, you’ll stay there for a 12-month grace period — no matter what. After that, your tier adjusts based on your most recent 12-month spend.

Bronze | 0–499 points | Basic earning structure + access to exclusive deals via email |
Silver | 500–1499 points | Silver-tier gifts + bonus point days twice a year |
Gold | 1500+ points | Gold-tier gifts + exclusive invites to VIP events and bonus earn days |
Loyalty Points EQ Rewards FAQs
When will points show up?
Points are awarded after your order has shipped. If it’s been more than 24 hours since receiving your shipping confirmation and you don’t see your points, please reach out to us at [email protected]
Do points expire?
No! Points do not expire. That said, tier status may renew in each new year.
Can I combine points from multiple accounts?
No — points are tied to a single account and can’t be merged, transferred, or gifted at this time. Email [email protected] for help managing your accounts.
How can I access and redeem my loyalty points?
Log in here: https://shop.myeq.com/account
Upon logging in, your account opens to your Order history. Click "Subscriptions & Rewards"
Scroll down to the Loyalty section.

Why wasn't my redemption applied to my order?
Subscribers will be able to redeem points for their next order. If a renewal processes before loyalty redemptions are made, they may apply to the following order. One-time purchases will need to use their unique reward code, which can be manually applied at check out.

Why can't I redeem an item or credit in the loyalty store?
Loyalty Tiers system grants access to different redemption options based on the number of points a member earns over the course of the year. If an item or credit is inaccessible in your account, this can be due to your loyalty tier!

Want to share EQ with friends and family? You’ll both benefit through our Referral Rewards Program.
📣 How it works:
Log into your EQ account
Navigate to the Referral Rewards section
Copy your unique referral link and share it via email, text, or social media

🎁 What you earn:
Your friend receives $20 off their first order when they use your code
After their order ships, you’ll receive 500 EQ Rewards points (equivalent to $20 in credit)
⚠️ Referral fine print:
Self-referrals (including referrals to family members in the same household) are not permitted
Your referral must use your code at checkout on their first order — we’re unable to apply points retroactively
