📬 Where can I find promotion details?
Every EQ promotion includes specific terms, including expiration dates and any restrictions:
Marketing emails will include these details in the email footer
Ambassadors are asked to clearly communicate any promo limitations when sharing their codes
🛒 Who is eligible for promotions?
Many promotions are valid only for first-time purchases and do not apply to subscription renewals
Some codes are exclusive to active subscribers or current members

🔑 How do I apply a coupon code?
Enter the promo code at checkout — it must be applied before your order is placed
Promo codes apply to merchandise only — not gift cards, shipping, or taxes
Only one coupon code may be used per order
Coupon codes are not redeemable for cash
🚫 Can I apply a coupon after placing my order?
